A 50% down payment (deposit) is due today. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to event. If event is less than 60 days away, full payment is due. Down payment is non-refundable.
A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied for all credit card transactions
An 15% gratuity is applied to all invoices
The trailer is roughly 12 feet in length, 8 feet in height and 6 feet in width. Maneuvering the trailer into position requires additional space. We recommend an additional 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area for guests to wait in line and be served.
You can provide bottles that we can keg for you onsite, or we can provide you with a list of retailers where wine and bubbly kegs can be purchased. If you have less than 200 guests, we suggest buying bottles.
The tap (i.e. serving) is on the DRIVER’S side of the car. When maneuvering the trailer into its serving location, there needs to be enough room for our car to pull in and get out. Alternatively, we can move the trailer into place with a dolly, but there cannot be an incline or rough terrain.
