There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
Unfortunately, no. Nebraska law prevents liquor licenses from being sold to mobile bars, therefore we cannot sell beer by the glass, and we cannot sell you a keg. Like a standard party where you want a keg to be there, you as the customer would purchase the keg(s), pick them up and have them waiting for us to install in the trailer for your enjoyment! We can keg cocktails and wine; you just purchase the alcohol.
Our package pricing includes travel up Sarpy and Douglas Counties, in Nebraska. Beyond that, we charge $4 for every additional mile travelled (68138).
You can add hours onto the trailer at $50/hour.
Our services are customized based on your needs. The cost will also depend on the size of the event, location of the event, whether the event is self-serve, or you are utilizing our tap tenders, etc. Keep in mind our packages do not include the cost of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Once we know the size of the event, we will be able to work with distributers to get you a market accurate beverage quote. From there, we will work with you to craft the perfect service package.
We are able to accommodate events up to 300 guests. For self-serve events, we don't recommend more than 100 guests. Depending on the variation in beverages at your event, sometimes lines can form. Adding a tap tender to your package to pour beverages for your guests can help to minimize the line and wait times. Based on the size and type of event, we may recommend adding a second or third tap tender to the package to ensure guests are moved through the line as quickly as possible.
We can put you in contact with one of our preferred vendors or you can contact a local liquor store of your choice. All you'll need to do is read them off your desired menu and they will take care of acquiring the kegs for you. Be sure to order kegs in slim quarter (1/4 barrel) or sixtel (1/6 barrel) size. You can do 1/2 barrel; these are much heavier. We can help with your drink menu and the best number of kegs to order.
Anything that you can find available for sale in a keg, we can serve! Home brew (Just make sure the keg works with our Sanky D Couplers) Red Wine, White Wine, Sparkling Wine/Prosecco, Lemonade, Apple Cider, Tea, Nitro Coffee, and Craft Sodas.
No worries, we recommend you rent a hand pump tap from your local liquor store who is also supplying your kegs (usually $5 with a $15 deposit). We will unhook the kegs from the truck and re-tap them for you with the hand pump for your continued use. Kegs are typically fresh for up to 90 days if they are kept on ice and pressurized. Liquor stores charge a keg deposit for this purpose and usually expect kegs to be turned in within 6 months. They will notify you of their expectations upon purchase

No, but you can add it on your package, which includes delivery. We will show you how to replenish ice for the duration of your rental.
